Software Release Notes

Our most recent release has been successfully pushed into production. Things are good and functioning as expected. Below is a summary of the new features and updates:

Key Feature: 

  • Password Policy: Passwords now accept the following special characters
  • Date/Time Stamp Issue Resolved
  • Release Notes Page created on the exydoc website.
  • Group Liability Insurance: Managing group liability insurance.
  • Highlighted Fields: The frame around he summary card is now highlighted, rather than the entire card, for better visibility.
  • Dashboard Expirations: Additional expiration tracking has been added to the dashboard:

Key Features:

  • Dashboard: The “Updated Pending Enrollments” section now displays Service Location Enrollments.
  • Provider: First and Last Name are now in separate fields. 
  • Provider NPI & Taxonomy: You can now edit or delete existing Taxonomy.
  • Group: Fixed link break issues to ensure content displays correctly.
  • Loading Icon to indicate that something is happening in the background.  
  • Group Document: Removed from the Group section, but all previously added Group documents can now be found under Documents.

New Reports: 

  • Added and enhanced filtering options in reports.
Bug Fixes:
  • Service Location: NPI Pulling and Displaying Correctly
  • Document Search Results: The search results now align correctly.
  • Group: Effective Date is now being pulled from Enrollment under Provider Enrollment

Key Features:

  • Dashboard: Layout Updated – Top Left: Expirations, Top Right: Pending Enrollments, Bottom Left: Tasks, Bottom Middle: Reports, Bottom Left: Quick Links
  • Dashboard: Updated Pending Enrollments – We now display Service Location Enrollments.
  • Dashboard: Update Expiration Date Colors
  • Dashboard: When you click on a link under Pending Enrollments or Reports, you are taken directly to that specific Summary Card or Report. No additional navigation is necessary.
  • Pending Enrollments – When you access a specific Summary Card, it will be highlighted in yellow.
  • Contracts: Form Field Validations
  • Providers: Form Field Validations
  • Provider: Enrollments
  • Summary Card – Filtering Options available at the top of the page
  • Enrollment – We added the ability to select 1 or all Plan Networks within the dropdown. 
  • Document: Contracts – Update dropdowns to be ABC Order
  • Service Location: ADA – Updated the Add/Edit Modal Header to read Add ADA or Edit ADA
  • Service Location: Location Type – we removed the second Service Location callout at the top of the page.  It was not necessary. 
  • Provider: Pagination – If you are on page 3 and click back, you’ll now stay on page 3 and not return to page 1
  • Reports: We removed the Download PDF option

Bug Fixes:
  • Service Location: ADA notes are now saving correctly.
  • Provider License: Expiration Date was displayed incorrectly on the Summary Card.  It has been resolved.
  • Provider: Medicaid and Medicare – Revalidation Date and Username would Auto Populate
  • Service Location License: Created By and Last Updated By was displaying the users email address, not name.

  • Service Location Name: Updated Summary Card Names for:

    • Service Location Provider: We are now displaying Plan Network
  • Contract Feature: Updated Field Name from Contractor Owner to Contract Owner
  • Added the Contract Count to the Dashboard
  • Group Contracts: Updated displayed information (Contract Name, Payor Type, Plan Network, Contract Type, Effective Date) – Read Only
  • Group NPI & Taxonomy: The ability to edit/delete existing Taxonomy
  • Branded the Sign On/Log Off Page
  • Document Management/Contract – The Document Type Label “Primary” was updated to “Contract Primary Information”
  • Adding Field Validations to all fields within Groups, Document, and Task
  • Reports: Updated the column name from “Contractor Name” to Contract Name for the following reports: Enrollment Detail, Enrollments by Provider, Enrollments by Service Location

Bug Fixes:

  • Task – The Group/Service Location would automatically disappear. That has been corrected.
  • CAQH Last Attestation Date – error when updating.
  • The screen was not displaying properly so we added a scroll bar to support different screen sizes.

Key Features:

  • Group Listing:  We added an accordion that includes Service Location and Providers
  • Service Location: ADA Compliance was added
  • Provider: Professional Liability Insurance was added
  • Contracts: The user will be alerted when you are removing a group
  • Service Location Type Dropdown: Practice, Residential, Satellite
  • Reports: Displayed in alphabetical/numerical order
  • Platform: Listings and Dropdowns across the platform are displayed in Alphabetical/numerical order

New Reports: 

  • Medicare/Medicaid Enrollments by Providers
  • Medicare/Medicaid Enrollments by Service Location
