Key Features:

• CAQH: Updated next attestation date from 120 to 90 days.
• Board Certifications:
  • Removed required field for State/Country

Key Features:

• We now support multiple levels of access control, allowing for more tailored permissions across the platform.

• Out-of-Network Contracts are now visible under Service Location and Provider Enrollments.
• The field now accepts special characters: periods (.), ampersands (&), plus signs (+), backslashes (/), and parentheses ().
• Users can paste content directly into the Plan Network field.
• Entering a Plan Network and pressing Enter or clicking Add will submit the entry.
• Notes: Special characters are supported.

• Group Address: Address Line 1 and 2 now allow periods (.).
• Group Information: Optimized to reduce unnecessary calls.
• Active Group Message: Changing status to ‘No’ will prevent modifications at the service location or provider level.

• Service Location Enrollments: Summary cards now display in alphabetical order.

  • Plan Networks & Effective Dates: These fields are currently not populating as expected.

• Contracts dropdown now displays in alphabetical order.

• Filtering:
  • Filtering has been enhanced—you can now filter by Contract Name and Service Location.
• Supervising Physician:
  • This feature is located under the Professional section within Providers. You can now select an existing supervising physician within the organization or add someone external.
• Provider Liability Insurance:
  • You can now pull-down group liability insurance to the provider level. Additionally, you can add Professional Liability Insurance for providers not covered under the group policy or those carrying additional coverage.
• Provider Enrollment:
  • Plan Network dropdown now displays alphabetically.
  • Provider Notes, Address 1 and 2 now accept special characters.

Dashboard Enhancements: We’ve made several updates to improve the dashboard experience:

Service Locations:

• Service Location Provider Enrollments: Displays all providers enrolled at a specific service location.
• Service Location Provider: Shows providers tied to the service location but not enrolled.

Provider Search Results:

• The search results page has been optimized to in improve load time. 

Provider Enrollments:

• Improved Provider Enrollment Experience: Multi-select functionality remains intact with a refreshed interface. New visual cues now show how each service location is enrolled, helping you align plan networks with providers more easily.

Document Preview:

• You can now view documents in full-screen mode for easier reading and reviewing.

• Service Location: Practice hours can now be entered directly under the Address section.

Key Feature: 

• Service Location Enrollment Optimization: We are implementing changes to enhance the load speed for service location enrollments.
• Provider Enrollments: A back-end update will improve how documents, notes, and tasks are processed and displayed.
• Provider Updates:
  • Driver License Number: This field has been added for provider information.
  • Board Certification: You can now input letters, numbers, and dashes for board certification details.
• Historical Data: We are expanding the capture of historical data on the back-end to improve accuracy and completeness.

Key Feature: 

• Enrollment Summary Card Consolidation: Summary cards are now consolidated by Payor Name for a more organized view.
• Service Location Multi-Select: Users can now multi-select service locations within the plan network for greater flexibility.
• Contract View Enhancement: Plan networks are now displayed in individual rows for improved readability.
• Updated Password Policy: Periods are now permitted in passwords to accommodate provider requirements.
• Dashboard: Pending Enrollment: Field names for Service Location and Provider Enrollments have been updated on the dashboard for improved clarity.

Bug Fixes: 

• Date Fields: All date fields are configured to use UTC (Coordinated Universal Time). As a result, no automatic adjustments are applied based on local time zones.
